The Beijing branch is a research and development center led by biopharmaceutical research established by Shuita Vinegar Industry in Beijing according to its long-term sustainable development strategy plan. It was established in March 2020 and is located in Building 10, Enterprise Villa, No. 8 Heying Road, East District of Science and Technology Park, Changping District, Beijing, with an office area of 2235 square meters.
At present, there are a total of 16 researchers, all of whom have a bachelor's degree or above and a background in biomedical research, including 2 PhDs and 2 Masters. The current research projects mainly utilize gene and protein engineering techniques to construct prokaryotic and eukaryotic protein expression systems through gene recombination and other methods, purify and obtain recombinant gene proteins, prepare vaccines for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in animals and humans, and develop biological therapeutic drugs for stroke and tumors, including the exploration of mRNA therapy for these diseases. The Beijing branch has achieved preliminary encouraging results in the above-mentioned research and development, and is actively advancing in this direction.
According to the production needs of the headquarters, the Beijing branch also actively participates in food fermentation, preparation, as well as consulting and promotion work required by the headquarters. They have customized fingerprint maps for Shanxi aged vinegar, providing guidance and basis for the quality standardization of Shanxi aged vinegar.
Dr. Che Jiantu, the R&D project leader of the Beijing branch, has a profound background in biopharmaceutical research and many years of overseas research experience. All researchers now possess solid theoretical knowledge, research background, and proficient technical skills in biomedicine.

At present, the gene and protein engineering laboratory has fluorescence quantitative PCR, PCR, gel imaging system, AKTA protein purifier and other instruments and equipment, which can independently construct and complete the entire experimental process from gene to protein and obtain the products; The food fermentation laboratory has fermentation tanks and supporting facilities of different specifications, which can meet the research and development needs from process development, small-scale fermentation to sample production; The cell laboratory has complete cell culture equipment and instruments, which can complete the cultivation of primary and cell lines; The analysis laboratory has high-end analytical instruments such as UPLC-MS/MS (Q-TOF), Agilent GC-MS (7890A-5975C), Agilent GC-FID (7890A), Agilent HPLC (1260), UV Vis, Thermo enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), etc. It can independently analyze and purify small and biomolecular substances; The pharmacology laboratory has various biochemical, pathological, and pharmacological analysis instruments, which can independently complete numerous related pharmacological experiments
